(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 31-year-old Amanda Joy Williams in the 100 block of W. Coolbaugh Street on a charge of 5th-degree theft. Officers transported Williams to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $300.00 cash bond.
