(Creston) An Adair County man faces numerous charges, including Lascivious Acts with a Child. Creston Police arrested 22-year-old Blaine Tristan McIntosh of Orient on Monday. He is charged with enticing a minor under 16-sexual purpose and lascivious acts with a child-soliciting child for sexual activity. Authorities transported McIntosh to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond pending an appearance before a magistrate judge.
Creston Police also arrested 36-year-old Jeffrey Michael Donald Drake of Creston at the Union County LEC. He faces charges concerning a Union County Warrant for Violation of a No Contact /Protection Order. The officer transported Drake to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond pending an appearance before a magistrate judge.
