Adair County Man Suffers Minor Injuries in Single-Vehicle Rollover in Cass County

(Anita) An Adair County Man suffered minor injuries in a dump truck accident near Anita.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened at 4:41 p.m. at 760th and Fairview Road. Authorities say Walter Starkey was injured in the accident.

According to the report, Starkey was driving westbound on Fairview Road, moved too close to the edge of the roadway, and slid down into the ditch, rolling the vehicle onto its side into an adjacent property.

Starkey was taken to a local hospital for treatment of apparently minor injuries.
