(Atlantic) The Atlantic Planning and Zoning Commission meets on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. to review a commercial building site plan review for 207 Linn Street.
Atlantic City Administrator John Lund says Ed’s Lawn Equipment submitted a site plan for a 2.520-square-foot commercial storage building on the property. Lund says the area is zoned as C-3 or “Central Business District,” and commercial storage would be permitted under Section 12.020(1) of the Zoning Ordinance.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will also welcome new member Mark McNees. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.
