(Undated, IA) — Heat and humidity from recent rain is only going to ramp up as harvest season nears. Mark Licht, an associate professor with Iowa State University, says evaporating water from maturing crops will increase humidity throughout the state.
Temperatures will also feel more harsh as harvest season nears. Licht [[ LICK – t ]] says heat from the humidity will likely feel even stronger in the next 30 days.
