(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Christopher Holz, 42, of Lewis, was arrested Saturday on warrants for Controlled Substance Violations and OWI 1st Offense. Holz was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Jackie Harris, 29, of Lewis, was arrested May 30th for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense. Harris was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
