(Des Moines) Governor Kim Reynolds signs the final bills from the 2023 Legislative Session into law. One of the more than 60 latest laws requires Iowans to be in-person for the state’s caucuses. Another new law limits the information the state auditor can access and restricts when the office can subpoena state agencies. Changes are also coming to SNAP benefits. Iowa households with more than 15-thousand dollars in liquid assets will no longer be eligible for the program.
