(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report for the month of May.
Most recently, two people were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on East Street in Shelby on Monday. 20-year-old Lane Joseph Bregar and 19-year-old Ashley Marie Belle Adams, both of Shelby, were transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operate a Non-Registered Vehicle, and Minor Use of Tobacco/Vape Product.
David Allen Coenen, 37, of Harlan, was arrested May 31st on an active Shelby County warrant. Coenen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Violation of Probation.
Joshua Michael Haggerty, 28, of Harlan, and Cody James Haggerty, 24, of Omaha, Nebraska, were both arrested after a call for service at the Nishna Bend Recreation Area on May 28th. Both were transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Crystal Renee Eckmann, 43, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 on May 28th. Eckmann was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st and Failure to Change Lane Upon Approach to Emergency Stationary Vehicle.
