(Area) The National Weather Service forecasts strong to severe thunderstorms to move across western and southwest Iowa later today. Rod Donavon, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Des Moines, says storms will develop over Nebraska mid-to-late afternoon, expand into southwest Iowa, and move into central Iowa this evening.
Donavon says the boundary will stall, giving us another chance for severe weather tomorrow.
