(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports ten arrests between May 1st and May 6th.
Emily Emealia Fidone, age 27, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the 3000 block of 12th Street in Harlan on May 1st. Fidone was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
Thuy Duc Le, age 34, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop at 12th Street and Cyclone Avenue in Harlan on May 2nd. Le was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Revoked, OWI 3rd, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
T’Challa Wayne Berg, age 29, of Earling, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Highway 191 on May 2nd. Berg was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Keeping a Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Interference with Official Act, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Speed.
Chad Joseph Ewing, age 41, of Irwin, was arrested May 3rd after an investigation. Ewing was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Indecent Exposure.
Christopher A Cue, age 39, of Schleswig, was arrested May 4th on an active Shelby County Sheriff’s Office warrant. Cue was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with four counts of Forgery.
Justin Michael Levell, age 35, of Irwin, was arrested after a call for service in the 200 block of Jane Street in Irwin on May 4th. Levell was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
Nichole Annmarie Healey, age 35, of Dunlap, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of 7th Street in Harlan on May 4th. Healey was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and No Valid Driver’s License.
Kirby David Stoneking, age 39, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the 500 block of 12th Street in Harlan on May 5th. Stoneking was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication.
Trenton Jay Hundt, age 19, of Avoca, was arrested after a call for service in the 900 block of Baldwin Street in Harlan on May 6th. Hundt was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Mamuch Diw Guin, age 40, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the area of 8th and Court Street in Harlan on May 6th. Guin was located in the area of 10th and Cyclone Avenue in Harlan and transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
