Red Oak Police arrest Pottawattamie County Woman

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 33-year-old Kristin Kay Harrold of Council Bluffs in the 400 block of N. 4^th Street for OWI, 1^st Offense, and child endangerment. Deputies transported Harrold to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $2,000 bond.
