(Montgomery Co) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Janssen S. Ludwigs, of Oakland, this (Friday) morning on a warrant charging him with Theft in the 5th Degree. Ludwigs was located on a traffic stop by the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office and was transported to the Montgomery County line where he was taken into custody. Ludwigs was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $300 cash bond.
