(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57-year-old David Duane Berry, of Council Bluffs, on Monday for OWI 2nd. Bond was set at $2,000.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Shannon Don Spangler, of Lincoln, Nebraska, this morning on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $10,000.
