(Adair Co) The Stuart Police Department arrested two men in separate incidents on multiple charges including Harassment.
David Spencer Reeves, 36, of Stuart, was arrested on March 26th on four counts of harassment and two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd or Subsequent. Reeves is accused of harassing and threatening his mother on several occasions. Reeves was held in the Adair County Jail on $10,000 cash or surety bond.
Lee Delmar Goll, 35, of Stuart, was arrested on March 31st for six counts of Harassment 1st Degree, Going Armed with Intent, Reckless Use of Firearm, Criminal Mischief 2nd, Driving under Suspension, and Open Container. Goll is accused of threatening his girlfriend, her children and others, as well as shooting a vehicle at her residence. Goll was held in the Adair County Jail on $10,000 cash only bond.
In other activity, The Greenfield Police Department arrested 26-year-old Carolina Ibarra-Aguirre, of Creston, on April 1st for Disorderly Conduct – Loud Raucous Noise. She was released on her own recognizance.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office cited 21-year-old Logan Wynn Gist, of Creston, on March 29th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released.
The Adair Police Department arrested 47-year-old Erin Nicole Shaw, of West Des Moines, on March 31st for Public Intoxication. Shaw was released on her own recognizance.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested 40-year-old Dustin Brian Benge, of Greenfield, on April 1st for Driving While License Denied/Revoked. He was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
