This morning at 12:41 AM Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on HWY 48 and 140th St. Upon investigation Deputies arrested 36-year-old Claire Ashly Thalken of Emerson for OWI first offense. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she is being held on 1,000 dollars bond.
