(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested two people on Wednesday in the 300 block of E. Elm Street for Child Endangerment. Officers charged 23-year-old Zachary Lee Miller and 23-year-old Athea Makenna Ruth Hamilton on three counts of Child Endangerment. Miller faces additional charges of Domestic Abuse Assault, 2nd Offense. Authorities transported Miller and Hamilton to the Montgomery County Jail and held Miller on no bond. Hamilton’s bond is set at $2,000.
*Red Oak Police arrested 22-year-old Noah Donald Groves, Red Oak, on a Platte County, Nebraska warrant. Police transported Groves to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond awaiting extradition to Platte County.
