(Washington, DC) — Nearly half of Americans don’t believe their lives will return to what they were before the coronavirus pandemic. At the three year anniversary of the crisis, 47-percent told Gallup their lives aren’t back to normal or it won’t return. One third of folks said life is back to what it was while 20-percent believe their life will eventually return to a sense of normalcy. The survey also revealed a sharp partisan divide. Half of Republicans say life is back to normal while just under a quarter of Democrats say the same thing.
