(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 54-year-old Lisa Ann Hoffman on Saturday on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense and Violation of Probation. Hoffman was taken to the Union County Jail where she was later transferred to the Adams County Jail. Hoffman is being held in Adams County Jail on $5,000 cash only bond.
Eddie Wayne McHardie, 38, of Kansas, was arrested Saturday on two Union County warrants; one for failure to serve jail time ordered on the original charge of OWI 2nd and another for failure to appear for a hearing in a Juvenile matter. McHardie was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on $5,000 cash only bond and has to serve remaining jail time.
Michael Ryan Meek, 39, was charged this morning with Driving While Suspended. Meek was transported to the Union County Law Enforcement Center where he later was cited and released.
