Grassley, Ernst Urge Clarification On FAFSA Act

(Undated)  —  Two Iowa lawmakers are calling for clarification on the FAFSA Simplification Act. Senators Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst are among a bipartisan group of lawmakers sending a letter to the U.S. Department of Education. Under the new FAFSA system, farm value is factored in. Previously, it was only income from the land. The new system could eliminate financial aid for farm families.
