Montgomery County Man arrested on Felony Theft Charges

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 36-year-old Jesse Ray Nelson on Monday in the 1500 Block of Forest Avenue for theft of a motor vehicle.  Officers transported Nelson to the Montgomery County Jail on two counts of 2nd-Degree Theft, a Class D Felony. Authorities held Nelson on a $5,000 bond.
