(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from January 2 through January 15.
Michael John Tremayne, age 31, Harlan, was arrested January 2 on an active Shelby County Warrant. Tremayne was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Forgery and Theft 2nd.
James Walter Beyer Jr, age 51, Council Bluffs, was arrested January 2 after the vehicle he was driving was found in a ditch at 800th Street and Highway 59. Beyer was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving under Suspension, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Failure to Maintain Control.
Matthew Allen Strong was arrested January 2 on an active Shelby County Warrant. Strong was booked into the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure to Appear/Contempt of Court.
Ryan Matthew Halsey, age 46, Dow City, was arrested January 3 after a traffic stop at 8th Street and Market Street on an active Crawford County Warrant. Halsey was also issued traffic citations for Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
Amber Lynn Goodenberger, age 29, Westphalia, was arrested January 4 at the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on an active Shelby County Warrant for Violation of Probation.
Andrew Allen Malloy, age 26, Audubon, was arrested January 6 on an active Shelby County Warrant. Malloy was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure to Appear/Contempt of Court.
Jacob Michael Conrad, age 38, Harlan, was transported to the Shelby County Jail following a search warrant in the 1300 block of Willow Street on January 7. Conrad was charged with Controlled Substance Violation, Possession of Controlled Substance, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 counts of Child Endangerment.
Dylan James Denetelli, age 19, Harlan, was transported to the Shelby County Jail following a search warrant in the 1300 block of Willow Street on January 7. Denetelli was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance.
Cori Jade Foust, age 29, Harlan, was transported to the Shelby County Jail following a search warrant in the 1300 block of Willow Street on January 7. Foust was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Controlled Substance Violation, Possession of Controlled Substance, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 counts of Child Endangerment.
Jeffrey Lynn Conrad, age 66, Harlan, was charged on January 8 with Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Nicole Sunnybrook Rains, age 34, Council Bluffs, turned herself into the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on January 8 on an active Shelby County Warrant. Rains was booked into the Shelby County Jail and charged with Violation of Probation.
Spencer Lee Miller, age 25, Manilla, was arrested January 13 on an active Crawford County Warrant. Miller was transported to Crawford County.
Kristopher Leigh Chadwick, age 38, Harlan, was arrested January 14 after an investigation into a theft in rural Irwin, IA. Chadwick was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd.
Samy Hadeer Aburumuh, age 36, La Vista, Nebraska, was arrested January 15 on an active Shelby County Warrant. Aburumuh was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Burglary 3rd of a Motor Vehicle.
