(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department says on Sunday, January 8, at 5:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to 209 South 4th Street for a report of gunshots being heard inside the building.
Officers located 19-year-old Tucker Dobberstein, of Fremont, Nebraska, deceased on the floor of one of the apartments at that address. Preliminary investigation indicates that Dobberstein was struck by at least one of the gunshots. Dobberstein’s autopsy will be conducted at the State of Iowa Medical Examiner’s Office in Ankeny at a date yet to be determined.
