Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.

Tarus Mae Delores Hayes, 39, of Council Bluffs, was arrested December 30^th for OWI 1^st. Bond was set at $1,000.

Caleb Michael Solari, 23, of Corning, was arrested December 31^st for OWI 1^st. Bond was set at $1,000. The charges stem from an accident on Highway 34 when Solari’s vehicle drifted off of the roadway and traveled into the ditch. Solari was arrested and one of the passengers was transported to Montgomery County Memorial Hospital by Red Oak Rescue for injuries sustained in the accident.

Zachary Alexander Shively, 24, of Council Bluffs, was arrested December 31^st for Violation of a No Contact Order. Shively was held on no bond.

Rhiannon Irene Gilbert, 26, of Council Bluffs, was arrested December 31^st for Driving under Suspension. Bond was set at $300.

Shawna Marrie Watson, 29, of Glenwood, was arrested January 3^rd for Assault. Bond was set at $300.
