(Atlantic) On Friday, the Cass County Board of Supervisors approved the resolution 2022-051 in regard to Allocating American Rescue Plan Act Funds to the Hitchcock House Roof Repairs for $25,700. This was done per the July 12, 2022, Board of Supervisors meeting minutes.
In other business, the board tabled the decision to approve a five-year lease extension with Cambridge Law Firm until their next meeting. The lease extension has a monthly rate of $2647.32, with a 3% increase yearly.
The board also accepted the resignation of Karen Thomsen from the County Zoning Board of Adjustment, and The Wellness Policy was approved.
The Cass County Board of Supervisors’ next meeting is Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
