(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests between December 9th and December 16th.
Caleb Fulk, 19, of Atlantic, was arrested on December 16th on several Cass County warrants. Fulk was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Robert Rasmussen, 41, of Anita, was arrested December 12th for OWI 1st Offense. Rasmussen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Timothy Asmus, 22, of Audubon, was arrested December 11th for Driving While Barred. Asmus was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Kenneth Klindt, 54, of Griswold, was arrested December 9th on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. Klindt was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Mikenda Ifraim, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested December 9th on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Ifraim was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
