(Atlantic) Steve and Sue Andersen were presented with an Angel of Christmas Award this (Friday) afternoon.
The Angel of Christmas recognizes area residents who symbolize the true meaning of the season. Angels exemplify the true holiday spirit all year long – putting others first, spreading generosity and sharing the holiday spirit with everyone they meet.

This was a surprise as this is the first time the Angel of Christmas Award has been presented twice. Tom McLaren was presented with the award on Wednesday.
Steve and Sue lost their son in a vehicle accident on December 23, 2021 and on November 16th of this year, the Andersen’s shed burned down containing inventory for their business…
In the face of much tragedy, Andersen said they just get up the next day, breathe and carry on…
