(Fremont Co) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Nathaniel Fengel, of Riverton, on December 9th on an active Fremont County warrant.
On September 29th, the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office took a report of suspected harassment. A search warrant was conducted in early October and as a result of the investigation, Fengel was arrested for seven counts of Harassment in the 1st Degree, Aggravated Misdemeanors.
It is alleged that Fengel disseminated photographs or film of another person in a state of nudity without their consent.
Fengel was released after posting $10,000 cash bond.
