(Greenfield) Nodaway Valley’s Cross Country Invitational was held Monday at Greenfield Golf and Country Club.
Van Meter put four girls in the top five to win a team title. The Bulldogs, which posted a total of 18 points, were led by champion Clare Kelly and runner-up Mary Kelly.
The Interstate-35 boys won a close battle with Tri-Center for the team championship. The Roadrunners scored 61 points and Tri-Center tallied 68. Nodaway Valley produced the individual boys champ with Doug Berg submitting a time of 18:06.
