(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Clayton Michael Kenneth Tillman, 18, of Clarinda, on Sunday following an investigation. Clayton was charged with two counts of Violating the Iowa Sex Offender Registry.
The Sheriff’s Office, along with officers from the Clarinda Police Department, arrested David Duane James, 37, of Albany, Missouri, for Disorderly Conduct after an investigation into a disturbance at Nodaway Valley Park. James was transported to the Page County Jail where he was booked in. Bond was set at $300 cash or surety.
