(Adair Co.) Two people were arrested on drug charges in Stuart.
The Stuart Police Department arrested Jesseca Lyn Pop, 41, of Salem, Ohio, following a traffic stop on August 15th. Pop was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pop was held in the Adair County Jail on $25,000 bond.
Stuart Police arrested Thomas W Culwell, 61, of Las Vegas, Nevada, following a traffic stop on August 15th. Culwell was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule 2, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule 4, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Culwell was held in the Adair County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Stuart Police also arrested Jereamy Lee Rice, 44, of Stuart, on August 14th for Driving While Barred. Rice was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
Stuart Police arrested Bianca Denise Cruze, 31, of Detroit, Michigan, on August 18th on two outside warrants. Cruze was held on $6,000 cash or surety bond.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office cited Chloe Josephine Hagle, 23, of Creston, on August 14th for OWI 1st Offense.
James Dean Michelson, 29, of Creston, was arrested August 15th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Michelson was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
Jason Richard Berendes, 45, of Red Oak, was arrested August 16th on a warrant. Berendes is serving the balance of his sentence in the Adair County Jail.
Travis Gerald Keoppel, 52, of Adair, was arrested August 16th on an outside warrant. Keoppel was turned over directory to a Cass County Deputy.
Daniel Phillip Faulkner, 40, of Casey, was cited and released on August 20th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Maintain Control and Striking Fixtures Upon a Highway.
Kevin Louis Walker, 40, of Adair, was cited and released on August 20th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Adair Police Department arrested Andrew David Potrepka, 31, of Southington, Connecticut, on August 16th for Eluding and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Potrepka was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
The Iowa State Patrol cited Autumn Marie Six, 21, of Adel, on August 18th for OWI 1st Offense.
The State Patrol cited Keegan Michael Miller, 20, of Adel, on August 18th for OWI 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The State Patrol arrested Bradley Gene Olsen, 40, of Hancock, on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Olsen was held on no bond for Decatur County.
The Greenfield Police Department cited James Edward Lyman Jr., 61, of Greenfield, on August 18th for Assault with Bodily Injury.
Greenfield Police arrested Kristina Marie Johnson, 41, of Stuart, on August 18th for Assault with Bodily Injury. Johnson was released on her own recognizance.
