(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports five arrests and one incident.
*On August 5: Police arrested Brandon Scott Lawrence of Diagonal at 302 Pine Street on a Union County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Controlled Substance 3rd, a Class D Felony. He is currently held in the Union County Jail for a $5,000 cash-only bond.
*On August 6: Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Diego Manzanarez, 30, of Creston at Una Mas Grill & Cantina for OWI 2nd offense. He was released from Union County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
*On August 6: Police arrested 453-year-old Darryn Dugan, 53, of Creston, at 511 S. Pine Street for Harassment in the 4th degree and Disorderly Conduct. He was later released on a $2,300 bond.
*On August 7: Officers arrested 30-year-old Casey Ray Welcher of Afton at the intersections of Jarvis and Adams Streets for Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, driving while barred, and Intent to Deliver/Manufacture Meth. He is held in the Union County Jail on a $29,000 bond.
*On August 8: Creston Police arrested 23-year-old Noah Alexander Young of Creston for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd. He is being held at Union County Jail on a $1,300 bond.
*On August 5: Amie Jackson of Creston reported that between 7:00 pm-7:30 pm, someone broke a window out of her car. Damage to the driver-side window. Estimated loss under $300.
