(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men on warrants.
Joseph William Michael Haughton, 28, of Hamburg, was taken into custody at the Fremont County Iowa Jail on Wednesday on a valid Page County warrant for violation of probation; sentencing charge was domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. Haughton was transported back to the Page County Jail where he was booked in. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Dustin Riley Dumler, 43, of Shenandoah, was taken into custody at the Page County Jail on Wednesday on a valid Page County warrant for theft in the 5th degree. Dumler was turned over to jail staff. He later posted the $300 bond and was released.
A charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
