(Creston) Creston Police arrested two people on Wednesday and one person early this morning.
Police arrested 57-year-old Jon Eric Hightshoe of Creston at Howard and Grand Street for OWI 1st offense and possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana 1st offense. Officers transported Hightshoe to the Union County Jail and held him on a $2,000 cash bond.
Creston Police arrested 36-year-old Douglas Edward Woodward III of Creston on Wednesday for driving while barred. Police transported him to the Union County Jail on a $2,000 bond. Authorities released Woodward after he posted the $2,000 bond.
Police arrested 36-year-old Heather Layne Green of Creston in the 300 block of Livingston for driving with a suspended license. Officers cited Green and released her on a promise to appear.
