(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department arrested Michaela Lynn Hansen, 32, of Atlantic, following a traffic stop on Monday. Hansen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Harlan Police also arrested Carlos Roberto Fonseca-Triminio, 32, of Harlan, following a call for service on Saturday. Trimino was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
