Atlantic Police Report

(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports five arrests and one citation.

Bryan Westphalen, 55, of Atlantic, was arrested July 17^th for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Carly Seddon, 30, of Atlantic, was arrested July 18^th on a Cass County warrant for Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury.

Brandi Clark, 29, of Atlantic, was arrested July 18^th for Public Intoxication.

Kenneth Dempsey, 71, of Harlan, was arrested July 23^rd for Theft 3^rd Degree.

Dalton Clark, 20, of Atlantic, was arrested July 23^rd for Operating While Intoxicated.

All individuals were taken to the Cass County Jail where they were booked and held.

Jon Humphrey, 62, of Wiota, was cited into court on July 18^th for Stalking (Unauthorized use of GPS) and released.
