(Shelby Co.) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests between June 19th and June 30th.
Truc Trung Nguyen, age 34, of Des Moines, was arrested after a call for service on Highway 59 on June 19th. Nguyen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Prohibited Acts, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
Victor Nelson Rodriguez, age 29, of Avoca, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 59 on June 20th. Rodriguez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Prohibited Acts, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving while License is Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked, and Speeding.
Kolton Kenneth Kobold, age 30, of Harlan, was arrested after being observed having a bike accident in Harlan on June 22nd. Kobold was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
Aaron James Nelson, age 46, of Harlan, was arrested after Shelby County Deputies responded to a Motor Vehicle accident on Maple Road on June 23rd. Nelson was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 3rd Offense, Driving while License Denied or Revoked, Reckless Driving, Open Container, and Failure to Maintain Control.
Joshua Lewis Hytrek, age 25, of Earling, was arrested after a call for service in Earling on June 23rd. Hytrek was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Reckless use of Fire or Explosives, and Harassment 3rd.
Maria Engracia Hytrek, age 23, of Earling, was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 37 on June 25th. Hytrek was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, and 3 counts of Child Endangerment.
Malcolm Shane McDonald, age 39, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Durant Street on June 25th. McDonald was transported to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, Prohibited Acts, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving while License Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked, and Speeding.
Julie Ann McManigal, age 47, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the area of 1120th Street and Nishna Avenue on June 28th. McManigal was transported to the Shelby County and Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Randi Lyn Riessen, age 39, of Shelby, was arrested after a traffic stop in Shelby on June 30th. Riessen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st and Speeding.
