(Mills Co.) One person was injured in a rollover accident in Mills County this (Thursday) morning.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says Tuwane English, 24, of Omaha, Nebraska, was driving a 2018 Freightliner Dump Truck westbound on Highway 34 heading to a work site. English was traversing a curve to the right when the dump truck went off the roadway to the left, hitting the shoulder. English made an over-correction of the dump truck and lost traction, bringing the dump truck across both lanes, over-correcting again losing more traction. The dump truck began to skid back across the lanes to the middle median, causing the dump truck to roll over, coming to rest on all tires.
English was transported to UNMC by Glenwood Rescue.
English was cited for Failure to Maintain Control and No Seatbelt.
