(Atlantic) The Atlantic Community School District is working on a summer program for students called the Trojan Experience.
Atlantic Superintendent Steve Barber said they are still in the planning phase, but the program will focus on nutrition, academics and enrichment.
Barber said they are still in the process of securing the staff for those classes and then they will release more information to the community. Barber said this program will serve two groups; incoming 1st through 4th graders and incoming 5th – 8th graders.
