(Atlantic) The Atlantic Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss several topics at their meeting later this afternoon.
Atlantic City Administrator John Lund says the Commission will review the new site plan for McDonald’s Real Estate Company at 1501East 7th Street. If approved, the city will sign the building permit.
The second topic is to discuss the regulations for civic and institutional signage in non-commercial zones. Lund says a local church wants to sign up, and they’re running into location issues in a residential area.
The final topic is reviewing grain bin clearance guidelines.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
