(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department released its latest arrest report from July 20 to August 2.
July 20, 2021-Thompson, Phillip Jr, 26 of Atlantic for Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in.
July 22, 2021-Stanely, Rachael, 20 of Atlantic for Disorderly Conduct (fighting/violent behavior). She was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked in.
July 2021-Erickson, James, 33 of Atlantic for Disorderly Conduct (fighting/violent behavior). He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in.
July 23, 2021-Thomas, David, 40 of Atlantic was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct ( Obstruct street/sidewalk/highway) .
July 23, 2021-Asay, Anthony, 29 of Atlantic for Simple Assault. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in.
July 23-2021-Ruhr, Brittany, 24 of Griswold for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness. She was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked in.
July 28, 2021-Ross, Stephen, 29 of Atlantic on a Cass County Warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in.
July 30, 2021-Knight, Christopher, 42 of Atlantic on an Audubon County Warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault. He was taken into custody and later transported to Audubon County.
July 31, 2021-Hansen, Rodney, 57 of Irwin for Operating While Intoxicated. 2nd Offense. He was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked in.
August 2, 2021-Malloy, Andrew, 24 of Audubon Audubon County Warrant for Violation of Probation. He was taken into custody and later transported to Audubon County.
