(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department says travel is not recommended and may become impossible. Do not be on the roads. Chief Clark says snow amounts of 6’to ’12 inches is forecast. He says the emergency services may not get to a stranded motorist.
The Harlan Police Department Office is closed to walk-in traffic for the rest of today. Anyone wanting to speak to an Officer should call 755-5151.
Harlan remains under a snow emergency for today and tomorrow. Please get vehicles off the street.
