(Creston) The Creston Police Department investigated two thefts and report one arrest.
Sheila Charlene Utterback of 604 N. Pine St., reported that she had Christmas decorations missing, two candy canes, and one candlestick. The estimated loss is $60.00.
Jim Flowers, of 1100 W. Montgomery St., reported that a package was missing from his front porch containing 48 exotic tea bags. The estimated loss is $70.00.
Police arrested 45-year old Alisha Marie Peckham, of Creston, at her residence. Peckham was charged with Failure to Abate a Nuisance. Peckham was given the Summons to Appear.
