(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports OWI and Public Intoxication arrests.
Matthew Bernard Steffens, 40, of Atlantic, was arrested Friday for OWI 2nd Offense. Steffens was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
Jessica Anne Davis, 25, of Atlantic, was arrested Saturday for Public Intoxication. Davis was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on her own recognizance.
