(Red Oak) Red Oak Police report three arrests in separate incidents.
*Police arrested 33-year old James Harlan III Rosencrans of Red Oak on Friday in the 400 block of Senate Avenue on a Montgomery County Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of assault with intent to inflict serious injury. His bond was set at $5,000.00.
*Red Oak Police arrested 26-year old Dakota Erynn Bacon, of Council Bluffs, on Saturday for Public Intoxication. Officers transported her to jail where she was being held on a $300.00 bond.
*Red Oak Police arrested 28-year old Eric D. Taylor for OWI, 1st Offense on Saturday. Officers transported him to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on a $1,000 bond.
