(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports five arrests and one citation between September 1st and September 14th.
John August Fiebelkorn, 49, of Harlan, was arrested September 1st on an active Shelby County warrant. Fiebelkorn was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with terroristic threats.
Jason Robin Conway Emery, 40, of Harlan was arrested September 3rd following a call for service. Emery was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication. Emery was also charged on September 14th with theft 2nd possession of stolen property.
Ryan Lee Cox, 31, of Harlan, was arrested on September 6th on an active Shelby County warrant. Cox was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with harassment.
Frank Clarke Knowles, 21, of Harlan, was arrested September 6th following a call for service. Knowles was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with assault.
David Patrick Jackson, 44, of Harlan, was arrested September 11th following a traffic stop. Jackson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated and fail to obey stop sign.
Cameron Donald Jacobsen, 22, of Harlan, was cited on September 11th for driving while suspended following a traffic stop.
