(Corning) Last Thursday when the homecoming queen was crowned at SW Valley it stayed in the family.
Anna Inman was the 2019 homecoming queen and was excited when she found out the 2020 queen would be her sister Isabelle. “I actually didn’t find out that she was going to be the homecoming queen until I got up there on the stage and opened the envelope. As soon as I saw her name I was pretty excited.”
Isabelle Inman says it meant a lot to her to be selected. “I was pretty excited. It meant a lot. Everyone was chirping and everyone else was a lot of fun to hang out with during the whole experience. It was really cool to get to do it with my sister. That doesn’t happen very often.”
She admits she never expected to be in that position. The family royalty extends beyond the homecoming court. Anna is also a past Adams County Fair Queen.
