(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people on warrants.
Justin Kyle Patton, 31, of Atlantic, was arrested September 3rd on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Serious). Patton was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Jason Richard Tasto, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested September 3rd on a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Tasto was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Jesse Scott Oles, 24, of Hamlin, was arrested September 4th on a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Oles was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on $10,000 bond.
