(Avoca) AHSTW travels to Missouri Valley in a week two high school football game this Friday night. Missouri Valley was coming off a 39-0 loss to Logan-Magnolia last week. The Vikings fell short to Shenandoah 24-22.
Despite the loss, AHSTW performed exceptionally well on the offensive side of the ball. Senior quarterback Blake Holst went 12-24 throwing the football for 177 yards and one touchdown, and Denver Pauley carried the ball 28-times for 181 yards.
