(Greenfield) A Pottawattamie County man faces felony sexual abuse and domestic abuse charges in Adair County.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year old Charles Harold Lamb of Council Bluffs, (formerly from Fontanelle), faces charges of second-degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child, indecent contact with a child, and first-offense domestic abuse assault.
According to the affidavit, the charges stem from numerous reports on July 29, stating Charles Lamb sexually abused two juveniles. Authorities issued a warrant for Lamb’s arrest on August 28, following an interview with the alleged victims at Project Harmony in Omaha.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office transported Lamb back to Adair County where he is being held on $150,300 bond.
