Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Reports Two Arrests

(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Ryan Wulfekuhl, of Council Bluffs, on Monday on an active Pottawattamie County warrant. Wulfekuhl was charged with Failure to Appear on an original charge of Felony Forgery. He was held on $5,000 cash bond.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Eric Shoemaker of Council Bluffs, following a traffic stop on Monday. He was charged with Driving While Revoked and cited for Use of Electronic Communication Device and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability. Shoemaker was held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
